A new brew of sake is now available

Our “Chuuko” 「宙狐」 sake that had been out of stock is now finally available again and ready for shipping.

The Chuuko line of sake is extracted inside of one year and is available for shipping out in every season. Our Chuuko sake is entirely pure, with no added alcohol or sugar, and it places importance on the individual characteristics of each season and furthermore the changing of the seasons.
 

There is: “kasumi junmai,” a lightly unrefined, freshly extracted, pure sake; “nama genshu,” an undiluted sake preserved at low temperatures; “hiya oroshi genshu,” an undiluted sake of autumn; “junmai genshu,” a heated undiluted sake of winter; “junmaishu,” made pure with lowered alcohol proof for increased suitability as warmed up sake.

The taste of the alcohol significantly changes as it spends longer periods of time in the same tank, and this line of sake allows its consumers to partake in those various differences.

Our undiluted pure sake now available for shipping is a new brew freshly extracted. By all means, please relish in its fine taste.
