■The Birth of Wadaryu Brewery
Established during the Year 20 of the Meiji Era (1887). At the head is, Wada Ryutaro, who is on the sidelines of the brewery business of the future generation. He started off breeding grapes and in the Toshin area the “Wadaryu grapes” had become treasured. Ever since then, he properly started off on the sake brewery road and branded the sake with the same name “Wadaryu”.
■The Belief of Wadaryu Brewery
At Wadaryu, it is thought that fundamentally Japanese sake is something where the land’s history, climate, and meal diet all grow together and is a special food culture. Based on the above:
1.) We are aiming to create a sake that has an individual flavor.
2.) We go through a very thorough storage management system and suggestions on “the best drinking time” and “aging”.
3.) And finally we pursue “compatibility with food”.

We take the concept of the brewery foundation of “sake is an interactive product”, and sell our products.
