■ A mountain hamlet's small sake brewery in Takayanagi, Niigata Prefecture.
We at Ishizuka Brewery are the producers of Niigata Prefecture's two local sake, Turtle Mouth and the Princess's Well.
Snow that brings coldness in the winter season, rice that is strengthened by the chilliness of high ground, spring water from the nationally designated cultural asset that is "Teikanen" garden, the skill of the brewers of Niigata Prefecture......
We brew our alcohol by hand, with sincerity and devotion.
