Watanabe Sahei Store
Since this store was founded in 1842 (Tenpo Year 13), we have been continuing sake brewing inside the winter chill, blown down from the Nikko mountains, while drawing the famous clear and cold water at the foot of the mountains. Also, with the belief of “Junmai Brewery Sake is for sure the original local sake”, they put energy into this production. All the quantity of production of this company is 90% “Junmai Brewery Sake”.
