A winner of an "Ehime SAKE with FOOD" award for being an Ehime sake that is very compatible with the Ehime cuisine of mahata fish. This ginjo sake was brewed using "Matsuyama Mitsui" rice grown in Ehime prefecture. It is popular for its elegant ginjo fragrance as well as for its smooth and refreshing taste. The drink won the gold award at the 2015 Sake Good in Wine Glass Awards, and this made it the third consecutive year since 2013 that it won the gold award.
