We receive ingredients directly from Germany, and the delivered yeast is cultivated by the air and water of Ishigaki Island's grand nature, under our careful supervision 24/7 for 365 days, and thereby Ishigaki Beer is born. Our beer, produced without filtration, boasts natural carbonic acid, a robust full-bodied flavor, high aroma, and deep flavor.
Its delicious taste makes one inadvertently smile and want to share it with somebody special.
